I undertook the portrait of this delightful border collie following a request by the owner's mother who wanted to present it as a 50th birthday gift. I took the reference photos while visiting the mother's home and I am very happy with how the completed portrait turned out. It was presented to the owner for his birthday in a 18in by 22in frame.
