I was commissioned to create a colourful painting of a wedding venue as an anniversary present from husband to wife. The brief was to create a magical painting full of colour that would reflect the joy of the day, rather than a faithful rendition from photographs. I therefore used collage, bold colours and golden accents and added fantastical flowers in the foreground. The client loved it.
