I love hummingbirds. Having spent a lot of time in Mexico and Arizona where they are plentiful, I have a fondness for these energetic little birds. They have a beautiful colour and sound to them and one of the best memories I have of them is one hovering right next to my hair; it sounded like a bee, but knew it was investigating me - probably liked my fruit scented shampoo! It is hard not to look at a hummingbird and not be uplifted.
