MyArtBrief commission of Roberto Luongo. Because the composition was very zoomed in, I wanted to focus on capturing the smallest of details. I used highlights to create skin texture on the nose and fine lines on the high points of the cheek. Materials used was coloured pencils for the portrait and acrylic for the background. This took around two half weeks to complete.
