I’ve always loved the idea of creating different mermaids using different fish and sea life as inspiration, so I’ve started with a siamese fighter fish. I thought it would be a fun choice to start with as there’s a lot I thought I could do with the fins and the colours of the fish as they’re so bold and elegant.
