Throat Chakra – ‘I Speak’ The fifth of the chakras, the Throat chakra (or Vishuddha chakra) is the fifth of the seven chakras and is located at the throat. This chakra is associated with sound and is connected with truth, expression and communication and is blocked or unbalanced by lies. It is traditionally blue/turquoise in colour and represented by a lotus flower with sixteen petals.
