Solar Plexus Chakra – ‘I Do’ The third in the chakra series, the Solar Plexus chakra (or Manipura chakra) is the third of the chakras and is located at the navel. This chakra is connected to fire and associated with power, identity and strength and is blocked or unbalanced by shame. It is traditionally yellow in colour and represented by a lotus flower with a downward facing triangle and ten petals.
