Sacral Chakra – ‘I Feel’ The second in my series of chakras, Sacral chakra (or Svadhishthana chakra) is the second of the seven and is located above the first chakra, or the sacrum to be exact. This chakra is connected to water and is commonly associated with sensuality, creativity and pleasure and is blocked or unbalanced by guilt. It is traditionally orange in colour and represented by a lotus flower with a crescent moon and six petals.
