The first sign of the zodiac is Aries which is symbolised by the ram, for which I've tried to accentuate the horns as it's meant to be quite a dominant and powerful sign and I think the horns are what make it appear so striking. The three symbols on the chains (from left to right) are the symbol for fire, it's ruling element, the symbol for Aries and the the symbol for Mars it's ruling planet.
