Louise was amazing throughout the whole experience. Not only the portrait was fantastic, but her responsiveness and care was excellent. An example of her professionalism: the first portrait arrived bent due to mishandling from the courier's part. Once made aware of the damage she apologized (even though it was not her fault) and immediately worked on a new portrait, sending it through another courier. She was responsive and kind during our communication, and I couldn't be happier with the portrait and with the "customer" experience :-) I cannot recommend her and her work enough; she is trustworthy, professional, and an outstanding artist who obviously really care about her art and what it means for her clients. 100 starts out of 10!

I debated for a while over a few artists and went with Louise due to the detail in her drawing.
