Biography
Colette has been an artist since leaving Art School many years ago. Colette's father was an Artist, and so too is her husband. It's in the blood... Colette's portrait paintings started as a ' bread and butter' necessity but she soon found herself more and more hooked to painting them. The skill involved in creating a likeness is immensely satisfying. We can all spot the exact photo copiers, but to Colette a portrait should offer something more timeless, more a work of Art.
