Biography
Andrew was Born in St Helens, Merseyside in 1973 and has been drawing and painting since he can remember. He won several art competitions with his art as a youngster and at twenty three gained a Batchelor of Design Degree from Duncan of Jordanstone college of art and and his career headed in the graphic design and illustration direction for a long time. Eventually unfulfilled and disillusioned with the world of graphics and following two redundancies, he took to art again after a gap of many years. He is very fulfilled in his work and finds inspiration in nature. He enjoys the energy of the world around us and strives to reflect this through bright florals, uplifting landscapes and abstracts which all reflect his strong inherent sense of colour use and enjoyment of using thick paint".
